We appreciate you choosing Canadian Sofa Solution. Please read the following in terms of our sales and conditions.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms for retailers are established once their account has been approved and are strictly confidential. All retailers must abide to their terms with every transaction. Canadian Sofa Solution reserves the right to hold shipment if payment does not follow through and will only be released once funds are received. We accept all forms of payment including cash, cheque,major credit cards, direct deposits, and etc.

 

Cancellations and Return/Exchange Policy

Order cancellations can be made 3 days from when the order was placed. After 3 days, the retailer is not allowed to cancel and must provide payment for the complete order.

 

We value customer satisfaction and want all our customers completely satisfied with their order. Retailers must contact us within the first 5 days of delivery if their shipment is delivered with any manufacturer defects. Canadian Sofa Solution is subject to assess the product(s) in case of return or exchange and may refuse or delay the process if there is suspicion that the product is abused. Any transportation costs from and to Canadian Sofa Solution will not be covered. Please note that all customized furniture is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

In terms of defected products that require repair: all claims must be presented to the authorized Canadian Sofa Solution dealer. All claims must be accompanied with a proof of purchase which indicates the date of purchase. All arrangements for any repairs will be confirmed by the Canadian Sofa Solution customer service representative and then a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Canadian Sofa Solution reserves the rightto repair or replace any defective merchandise upon inspection of the product. Any transportation costs from and to Canadian Sofa Solution is not be covered by any warranty.

Canadian Sofa Solution produces quality handcrafted furniture in hundreds of styles, fabrics and top grain genuine leathers. We value quality, detail, and customer satisfaction.   • Suspension System (springs) – Five Year Warranty
  • Sofa Bed Mechanism & Mattress – 3 Year Warranty
  • Foam Cushions – 2 Year Warranty
  • Tailoring and Workmanship (detailing) – One Year Warranty
  • Seating and Backs – One Year Warranty
  • Fabric and Leather Upholstery – One Year Warranty

 

Clearance

Any items sold under clearance will be sold as presented. No customization will be completed for any clearance products. No returns or exchanges are possible for any products under clearance,and you will not be eligible for our warranty policy for any of these items.

At Canadian Sofa Solution, we are committed to maintaining effective communication among our retailers and customers. We provide monthly email promotions and campaigns for our active customers. If you wish not to receive any marketing materials from us, please contact our Media Lead at [email protected]. Please note that if you do wish to unsubscribe from our marketing material, you will not have access to exclusive promotions or sales offers that we provide to our retailers. All emails are kept private and will not be shared, auctioned, or sold to any third-party.
